During this session, we will:

get to know each other
discuss your health concerns
determine the level of support you need and if I am the right person to assist you
decide on the next steps to take

Initial Consultation

90 minutes/$275

During this session:

We will review your health history, recent labs, and your concerns as it relates to your health.
I will put on my detective hat, gather information, ask questions, and make a deep dive to understand what is driving your symptoms.
You will receive a 7-day custom meal plan to jumpstart your health journey.

Synergia Package

3 sessions/$525

Includes:

One initial consultation (90 minutes)
Two follow-up consultations

(60 minutes/each)

e-mail support between sessions
20% discount on professional grade supplements
21-day custom meal plan.

Follow Up Consultation

60 minutes/$135

During this session, we will

Assess your current signs and symptoms.
Review and analyze any new functional and/or conventional labs.
Make necessary adjustments to your care plan based on the findings.

Synergia Membership

$195/month, 3-month minimum commitment required.

Healing journey takes time and patience. When you need ongoing care, choose this option to receive:

Two 30-minute consultations per month.
Message support between sessions.
Weekly journal review and feedback.
