Before booking your initial session or a package, please note:

Synergia Nutrition, LLC is an in-network provider with several national insurance companies. If you plan to use insurance to cover your nutrition consultations, please proceed here.
Our self-pay rates and non-covered services are listed below. Functional testing is an optional add-on service and is not covered by insurance.
All sessions and communication are conducted through HIPPA-compliant Telehealth portal Practice Better.
All services are subject to 24-hour cancellation policy.

Discovery Call

20 minutes/free

During this session, we will:

Get to know each other
discuss your health concerns
Determine the level of support you need and if I am the right person to assist you
Decide on the next steps to take.

Initial Consultation

During this session:

We will review your health history, recent labs, and address your health concerns and set goals.
I will put on my detective hat, gather information, ask questions, and make a deep dive to understand what is driving your symptoms.
You will receive a therapeutic plan with a 7-day custom meal plan to jumpstart your health journey

Synergia Package

Includes:

One initial consultation (90 minutes)
Two follow-up consultations (60 minutes/each) OR four consultations (30 minutes/each)
e-mail support between sessions
20% discount on professional grade supplements
21-day custom meal plan.
